You can rely on us to be there while you are away. We offer our guests loving, competent and individual care. We are happy to keep them company, play with them and respond to their individual wishes and needs. In this way, we ensure that they simply have a good time and that they want for nothing during their stay. Except you, of course. There is great joy on all sides when you can welcome your pet back safe and sound.
In order to be able to respond to your pet in the best possible way, we take a lot of time for you and him at the reception. After all, we want and need to know about his or her idiosyncrasies, habits, special needs and preferences. This enables us to provide him with a stay that is tailored to his needs.
Each animal has its own retreat with a private outdoor area. If dogs come in pairs, they can of course share this private space. In addition, our guests can sniff, romp and do their business to their heart’s content on six fenced-off green areas. Two play areas equipped with fountains and various pieces of equipment leave nothing to be desired. The dogs have access to these outdoor areas several times a day, either on their own or in suitable groups if they wish. While we look after and encourage them outside, their private retreats can be cleaned. And if the 4000 square meters of exercise is not enough, we also take the dogs for a walk or jog.
By the way, we also take care of your dog’s physical well-being, health and wellness: we prepare our own food for all dogs in our modern industrial kitchen. If your dog has a tricky digestion, you can of course bring your own food. Does your dog need medication, medical care, grooming or a shower? We can take care of that too.

The cat boarding facility at Tierhotel 5 Stern offers up to 40 animals a vacation spot where they are in the best of hands. A maximum of four cats each share their own area, perfectly tailored to their needs, with climbing trees, caves and a secure balcony. Of course, we lovingly care for and look after the cats and play with them regularly. In case they need to get rid of excess energy, there are several special cat treadmills available.
