Health

The health of our animal guests has priority

The health of your four-legged friend is particularly important to us. In everyone’s interest, new arrivals must be healthy. There are a number of illnesses that we would rather not welcome as guests at boarding kennels. To help you recognize the signs and symptoms of these typical illnesses yourself, we have listed them below. Please contact your vet if your pet shows any noticeable symptoms. Should an animal fall ill during its stay with us despite all precautionary measures, it will be treated promptly and professionally in the regional veterinary clinic.

FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR GUESTS

Vaccination schedule

Does your pet have a valid combined vaccination and kennel cough vaccination? Please check this with us before you go on vacation and bring your pet’s passport or vaccination card with you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unvaccinated animals. If gaps in vaccination protection only become apparent during the stay, we will have to charge an additional 20% of the boarding price. Exception: the animal cannot be vaccinated for health reasons. In this case we need a veterinary certificate.
