When is high season and low season at Tierhotel 5 Stern? Check the calendar here to see which prices apply when. In the low season you benefit from lower rates.
If you decide to pay in cash, please have the exact amount ready. This will make the payment process much easier and faster.
Pay conveniently and securely with your debit or credit card. We accept all major cards. Simply hold your card up to the reader or insert it and follow the instructions.

The regular opening hours apply for arrivals and departures. Only in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement are exceptions possible at off-peak times. For example, in the event of flight delays, accidents or other emergencies. Personal appointments such as visits to the dentist or family events are excluded. We charge CHF 25 for this service and thank you for your understanding.
If a dog does not have all the necessary vaccinations, we have to charge an additional 20% because a case of illness can lead to considerable extra work.
