There are no hidden costs with us – everything is transparent and inclusive.

Please note:
Drop-off and pick-up times outside regular opening hours are only possible by prior arrangement and in exceptional cases during off-peak hours.
A fee of CHF 25 will be charged for this service.
We ask for your understanding, as we must comply with the rest periods for our animal guests and the requirements of our cantonal permit.
In the calendar below you will find the peak and off-season times which are relevant for the price calculation.
The price for care is calculated according to your dog’s weight.
If your dog needs medication, injections or special treatments, this is included in the price.
The price also remains the same whether you bring your own food or use our high-quality food.
There are no hidden additional costs.
Only if your dog’s vaccinations are not correct, an additional 20% will be charged.
This is necessary because in the event of illness, considerable additional costs can arise for the pet hotel.
If you would like to make use of our bathing service, which costs CHF 50, please contact us in good time.
This service can only be booked if you book in advance.

Our vacation cats can move into bright, large cat suites, in which a maximum of four cats can stay.
Depending on availability, we also offer single rooms for an extra charge.
